This is very wrong as we gave specific instruction to feed them right away, and secondly they violated their own rule of giving snack to kids after 2.5 hours (as stated in the contract we signed). I was FURIOUS as they did not have anything to eat the whole time! We immediately talked to the staff and supervisor to voice our complaint. While the kids are putting their shoes on, I asked what did they have for lunch and they said none. So after giving all our answers and filling out the waiver forms, my husband and I went to the restaurant thinking our kids would be having their nice meal and play time afterwards. She said yes and asked us what we want for them, and what's the maximum amount the kids can spend on food. ![]() We asked the KQ staff if they can give the meal to the children as soon as they're checked in. Dropped them off before noon and they were the only kids at that time. Our family went to Red Hawk for lunch and thought the children would enjoy better having their meal at Kids Quest than to be with all adults at the buffet and go through the casino floor to get there. This was our first time to bring our two children to this location.
